位于浙江省诸暨大桥东路50弄的七建公寓，基本都是没有电梯的6层楼。郦先生家住6楼，父母住5楼。早前，母亲腿上动过手术，上下楼不方便。郦先生心疼父母，便花几十万元装了一部直达5楼的观光电梯。电梯造好了，可与原先说的有区别，离大楼的距离近了不少，十几年的老邻居不乐意了。当地规划部门称，先让郦先生与邻居协商，协商不成，就拆掉。“任性”的郦先生花了600多万元，加价将整个单元的房子都买下了。

郦先生的一位邻居称，其实刚开始，郦先生说要为腿上动过手术的母亲造电梯，大家都是理解的，可后来发现电梯不仅没有按照当初承诺的造，原本离楼5米的距离，变成了离楼1.6米。“方案换了，我们肯定不同意。”事情闹僵了，楼下的住户陈老伯甚至说，“要么拆了电梯，要么就将楼下所有的房子都买去。”

说起来，这位郦先生还真的有几分“任性”。他果真花了600多万元将楼下的四层楼全买了。这样，整个单元都属于他们家，自己怎么造电梯，就不会有人说了。
