欧洲电梯标准升级

欧洲电梯认证机构Liftinstituut在2019年12月发布了欧洲电梯新标准，而接下来国际的电梯标准也会有该机构的规范及标准经理Pieter Schaareman参与编制。首先，早前发布的ISO 8100-1和ISO 8100 -2可以基于欧盟标准EN 81-20和EN 81-50作为国际标准在全球范围内通用。Pieter Schaareman提到，目前国际委员会对于检测责任的全球推广都没有意见，因此ISO TC 178也是可以作为国际市场上对于“电梯指令方式”的一个新版标准。他认为未来对于座椅电梯和平台电梯的标准（EN 81-40和81-41）也会相应修改。

另外，低速载客电梯（EN 81-42）、风力机专用电梯（EN 81-44）和住宅电梯（EN 81-46）也将发布新标准。而与电梯井道入口安全有关的标准（EN 81-13）也在修订当中，同时，符合EN 81-20安装标准的电梯公司清单（EN 81–60）也即将面世。最后，针对残障人士在电梯事故中的疏散标准（EN 81-76）也即将发布。Pieter Schaareman 称“关于疏散和救援的话题，把电梯当作火灾中的疏散救援设备的呼声越来越高，这也有赖于欧洲电梯认证机构Liftinstituut的努力”。

EUROPEAN STANDARDS UPDATE

Liftinstituut's December 2019 update on European lift codes and the coming global lift standards featured Pieter Schaareman, codes and standards manager for Liftinstituut. First, ISO 8100-1 and -2 were published. These global standards are based on EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 and can be applied worldwide. Schaareman added that, while the international committees have no comment as to whether inspection obligations will be extended globally, ISO TC 178 is working on a revision of standards that have a “Lifts Directive approach” for the international market, which will also include information about type approvals. His outlook for the future includes revised standards for stairlifts and platform lifts (EN 81-40 and 81-41). Additionally, new standards are being prepared for low-speed lifts that carry people (EN 81-42), lifts in wind turbines (EN 81-44) and residential lifts (EN 81-46). New standard EN 81-13, which relates to the safe entry of lift shafts, is also on its way, as is the new standard EN 81-60, a checklist lift companies can use to demonstrate whether an installed lift complies with EN 81-20. Finally, the updated standard EN 81-76 for evacuation of persons with disabilities is to be published again soon. “Related to this topic, the idea of using the lift also as an evacuation device in the event of a fire is increasingly growing, partly due to Liftinstituut’s efforts,” he added.
