TSG T5002-2017电梯维护保养规则计划将于2017年实施

　　TSG T5002-2017电梯维护保养规则规定了维保单位设立24小时值班电话。接到报警后直辖市或者设区的市维保人员抵达时间不超过30分钟，其他地区一般不超过1小时。
电梯的维保项目和要求分为半月、季度、半年、年度等四类，包括清洁、润滑、检查、调整、更换等安全要求。
另外，对维保质量、记录、专业术语等都有明确规定。

　　The elevator maintenance rules of TSG T5002-2017 have required that maintenance companies should be equipped with 24-h duty calls. once received an alarm call, maintenance workers should arrive the spot in 30 minutes, or in 1 hour, when the spot is without the jurisdiction area.

　　Elevator maintenance includes cleansing, lubrication, inspection, adaption and replacement, separately conducted biweekly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly. Moreover, the maintenance quality standard, reporting manners and technical terms are all clearly regulated in the rules.
