近日，在成员企业提供的宝贵的帮助和专家学者的不懈努力下，欧洲中小型电梯企业联盟（下称“EFESME”）和欧洲电梯协会联合发布了发布了《小企业及中小企业联合标准》，为安全工作提供指导意见。
该文件虽然不具有法律效力，但为企业复工复产提供了一份实践指南汇编，以协助企业在执行现有的欧洲、国家、地区及当地规章制度的同时，把安全操作落实到位。该文件是在数国协议的基础上、为我们的技术工人日产公告做提供有效帮助而撰写的。
内容包括：
运输工具的使用方式；
设备安装时的干预；
个人防护装备的使用；
被困人员救助；
以及两份个人防护设备和世界卫生组织建议的附件。
EFESME develops a set of guidelines to work safely
EFESME, European Federation for Elevator Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, thanks to the valuable help of its members and the work carried out by its experts, has developed, in collaboration with the European Lift Association, Small Business Standards and SME united, a set of guidelines for working safely.
The document, while not having legal ambitions, aims to be a compendium of good practices to be put in place to behave safely while working, complementing already existing European, national, regional and local laws. It is based on several national protocols, and hopes to be a useful assistance to the everyday work of our technicians.

The use of PPE
The rescue of trapped people
Plus two Annexes on PPE and on WHO recommendations.
