杭州四秀青精品女装部向媒体投诉，说13台与西子奥的斯杭州分公司签订的电梯维保合同。
按常理，维修保养一台电梯大约需要35分钟，而7月的一个维保工从进了电梯维保门，到维保结束，全部的电梯维保一次只用了一个小时。令他们对维保产生了怀疑。
另外，5月份的时候，一部扶梯转动轴还出现过问题，三分之二都已经磨损了，这肯定是经过长时间的磨损。
如果维保只是做表面文章，而内部缺乏纠错的机制，出了问题就找个人背锅的话，那这些聚合的风险总有一天会暴发，那个时候就是责任事故了。
Xizi Otis Hangzhou Branch involved in falsifying elevator maintenance and the worker got fired
The Women's wear department of Hangzhou Sixiuqing has signed an elevator maintenance contract with the Hangzhou Branch of Xizi Otis for its 13 sets of elevators. Generally speaking, it takes around 35 minutes to maintain and repair one piece of equipment, while the work in July has just cost an hour.
Allegedly the responsible worker didn't finished his work in accordance to the stipulation and his maintenance report wasn't confirmed by the elevator supervisor. He has been fired for falsifying his work.
We have to say that if elevator maintenance is nothing but a show and there 's no internal correction mechanism to remedy, it will lead to more than a liability accident. The remaining problems and risks would never disappear if the real responsible party just blame it to someone else.
