近日浙江省建设厅批准发布了新修订的《住宅设计标准》（DB33/1006-2017）。
该标准将从今年12月1日起施行。
据起草该标准修订稿的专家介绍，与上一版住宅设计标准相比，修订主要体现在四个方面：
标准第5.3.1条强制规定“四层及四层以上住宅或住户入口层楼面距室外设计地面的高度超过10m时，必须设置电梯”，新建住宅4层及4层以上将必须强制装电梯，从源头上解决老年人的出行障碍，更好地满足老年人参与社会生活的需要。
新标准适用于浙江省城镇新建、改建和扩建住宅的建筑设计，不适用于别墅和各类公寓（酒店式公寓、青年公寓、老年公寓）和挑高隐形复式跃层公寓。
另外，该标准还增加了术语，调整了住宅套型分类和各房间最小使用面积，增加了无障碍设计、室内环境、可再生能源设计等内容。
Zhejiang new standards require elevators in talled for buildings with more than 4th floor
The new revised Design Standard for Residential Buildings (DB33/1006-2017) will go into effect since December 1, 2017, according to a recent release from Housing and Construction Department of Zhejiang Province.
The Article 5.3.1 has made an imperative stipulation that elevators must be installed for the buildings which have more than 4 stories or whose first story is more than 10 m higher than the external ground level.
