从全球电梯行业发展来看：中国电梯行业前景良好

首先来看看全球电梯行业数据，2014年全球电梯产销量约为85万台，电梯保有量达到1285万台。
目前全中国电梯产销量占全球产销量的三分之二，达60万台（其中出口7.6万台），产量有所下降，较2013年下降了3.3个百分点，为历年来首次下降；而出口量却比上年度上升了15%，占全年产销量的12.67%；国内电梯保有量355万台，占全球保有量的27.5%左右。
全国电梯行业产值达1600亿（其中：上海区域800亿、江浙地区占400亿，其他地区也有400亿佳绩），电梯行业从业人员达40万人左右（其中电梯生产制造人员约为16万人，电梯安装人员约为15万人，电梯维保人员约为10.5万人）
从以上数据来看，我国无论是从电梯产能和年产销量及产值，还是从电梯保有量和电梯出口量，均占世界第一。
2014年即将过去，在历史佳绩上面我们能否再创新高，国家亦有相关政策助力，十二五规划当中，全国房建业及轨道交通行业对于电梯需求量有所增加，预计可达70余万台。不论是电梯整机、电梯零部件厂商，还是电梯安装工程公司以及电梯维保公司，都是不错的机遇。
电梯行业通常是指汇集电梯设施及其零部件的生产制造，电梯整机的安装、维护保养及大修、改造、更新的企业及其业务的经济活动类别，涉及制造业和服务业。
对于全国，目前，我国的城市化水平已经超过50%，预计到2015年，我国城市化比例会增至60%左右。城市化所带动的城市住宅建设、城市基础设施建设、城市轨道车站、高铁车站、楼宇建设、城市综合体等建筑市场的发展将会持续拉动电梯产品需求的增长。仅仅对于上海，整个电梯产业链则稳中求进，更是有大公司在上海区域增加投资，他们分别是日本三菱机电和日立电梯，投资额分别为5.85亿元和4.2亿元。电梯整机厂家、电梯零部件厂商、电梯安装、电梯维护保养、特种电梯、高速电梯等子行业以及旧楼加装都严阵以待。据上海电梯行业协会研究分析数据，电梯在上海国民经济和城市建设发展中占有重要地位。

Aspect of Global Elevator Industry：China Enjoys A Good Prospect

Firstly, the global elevator industry data in 2014 shows that the global sales quantity is about 850,000 units of elevators and the possessing capacity reached 12.85 million units.
At present, two-thirds of global producing and selling amount are from China, reaching 600,000 units ( 76,000 of which are for exports),and the production declined by 3.3%, compared with the data of 2013, the first decline for the recent years. However the export volume this year increased by 15 percent, accounting for 16.7% of annual producing and selling amount; 3.55 million domestic elevator possessing capacity account for about 27.5% of the global amount.
Elevator industry output value in China reached 160 billion (of which: Shanghai area: 80 billion, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces: 40 billion, other regions:40 billion),with the elevator industry employed population about 400,000 (including producing staff of about 160000, installers of about 150000, and elevator maintenance personnel about 105000).
