• Lead cross-regional Application systems development and implementation projects
• Creates and executes Application project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Lead and manage project communications, including project meetings, management presentation, status update report, timely and effectively.
• Analysis business requirements and prepare project documentation for each project including but not limited to:

o Project Charter

o Business Requirements

o Functional Specification

o Test Plans (Unit/Integration)

o Project Schedule

o Deployment and Package documentation

• Facilitate / lead discussion about business requirements with respective business users/owners
• Draft new web applications mockup and provide for client, end user, and peer review
• Propose the system architecture & solution design and collaborate with internal or 3rd party developer team to deliver the system solution.

• Combined 4-5 years of business analysis and project management experience on Application system with the following skills
• With rich development background of web application and mobility solution
• Experiences in managing medium software projects, testing and producing technical documentations are also needed for this position
• Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused. Able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly
• Fluent in English. Excellent oral and written, technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills required
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, such as ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET and etc is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript (jQuery), Ajax is a plus
• Knowledge of mobility solution like HTML5, Wechat
